Terms & Conditions – Durga Puja VIP Pass

1. All VIP Pass sales are final. Once a pass has been purchased and issued, it cannot be cancelled, transferred, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.
2. Each VIP Pass permits entry for up to four (4) persons only. Additional persons will require a separate valid pass.
3. Children aged 7 years and above must possess a valid VIP Pass for entry. Children below 7 years may enter without a pass when accompanied by an adult pass holder.
4. Each participating pandal can be accessed only once using the same VIP Pass. Once entry has been successfully validated at a pandal, access to that specific pandal will be considered utilized and cannot be used again.
5. Pass holders must present the original QR Code issued through the Porikroma Map application for verification at the entry point. Tampered, altered, or invalid QR Codes will not be accepted.
6. The organizing authority reserves the right to deny entry if the QR Code is found to be invalid, previously used, duplicated, or involved in any suspected fraudulent activity.
7. VIP Pass holders are required to follow all instructions issued by pandal authorities, security personnel, and event management staff. Failure to comply may result in denial of entry without any refund.
8. The organizers shall not be held responsible for delays, crowd management restrictions, weather conditions, force majeure events, government directives, or any unforeseen circumstances affecting entry or access.
9. The schedule, participating pandals, entry routes, and access timings may be modified by the organizers without prior notice due to operational, administrative, or safety requirements.
10. The VIP Pass is valid only during the officially announced Durga Puja event period and for the participating pandals listed under the purchased package.
11. Any misuse, resale, duplication, sharing, or unauthorized distribution of the QR Code may result in immediate cancellation of the pass without refund.
